Poultry with ducks, geese, turkeys, chickens and roosters (hence the excellent chicken soup that is permanently on the restaurant's menu), of course eggs, lambs, goats, piglets and soon also dairy products, namely cheese and yogurt. A huge range of vegetables and fruits are laid out in neat rows according to the season: potatoes, cabbages, broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, salads, aromatic greens -parsley, dill, celery, arugula-, green onions, dried onions and garlic, tomatoes, cucumbers, pumpkins, eggplants, peppers, red pumpkins, sweet potatoes, etc. In the same seasonal logic, their trees are cultivated - first of all olives that produce extra virgin olive oil, lemon trees, orange trees, mandarin trees, cherries, cherry trees, watermelons, melons and of course the unique and super aromatic papiloni (a citrus fruit like a lemon).
